Pregnant with Crohns Disease

Is there anybody else who is pregnant and has crohns disease? This is my 5th pregnancy but my 1st one since i have been diagnosed.

Im only 4/5 weeks so im not sure how it goes with crohns,

Did you get extra care? more scans, anything i need to know.

I had a meeting with my consultant today and he just said to keep taking the injections and ill be grand

I had some additional monitoring as Crohn’s can put you slightly more at risk of pre term birth so additional growth scans at 30 and 37 weeks. Last time and it seems to be going the same this time was then put back to midwife led care for delivery. Advised to continue on current medications, had absolutely no problems Crohn’s wise :)
