I am w21 now and the last week my morning sickness has been terrible. I was struggling some in the beginning of the pregnancy but it got better but now it seems to be back with a vengeance, is this normal? 😭

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I had the same. The midwife just said to eat what you can and to ride it out. I found sipping lucazade throughout the day helpful. I got my energy from it. I also sucked on salt and vinegar crisps. Those two things didn't come back up. I know it's horrible, I'm so sorry. Hope you're okay.

I will try that, thank you! Also feel guilty for having to take time off work, but I can't randomly throw up all over the workshop 😕 and I feel like they expected (like I did) my nausea not being an issue anymore.

Xonvea is a life saver and first line anti sickness. I threw up for the whole 9 months and it’s rough. My consultant said to eat anything so I lived off chips and full fat coke. Lemonade / coke all have electrolytes and if you don’t fancy a salad don’t force yourself to be healthy

With my daughter the sickness kept coming back I had it through out the first trimester, a few weeks in the second trimester then from 26-36 weeks. Baby was born at 38 weeks. The hardest bit was the third trimester but it was summer and warm which didn't help
