Could I be pregnant? Help!

This may sound like a stupid question, but after much googling around short menstrual cycles I'm still confused.

My cycles tend to be around 25/26 days. OH and I had unprotected sex on Sunday the 6th October (slightly tipsy and didn't use condoms, I've been off the pill for 3 months) first day of last period was the 28th September. I've got sore and swollen boobs and slight cramping which were the first symptoms I had when pregnant with ds. I don't usually get sore boobs with PMS symptoms. It's too early to test yet, but stressing as I'm on venlafaxine anti depressants which aren't recommended for pregnancy. We aren't trying to get pregnant, however would be a happy surprise... I think

It's impossible to say without taking a test I'm afraid - a lot of women never experience any particular symptoms before missing a period, others do..... although it's the hcg that causes the symptoms so if it's strong enough to have such an effect, it should be strong enough to show up on a test....
My advice is just wait till you miss a period and test then

Thanks for your reply. I know its best to wait til period due, don't know how people wait like this, every day feels like forever! I didn't realise I was pregnant with ds until I was 6+ weeks.

It's so hard isn't it! I just tried to keep really busy and distracted as best I could as didn't want to pick up a chemical by testing too early.
Both my BFP's I was more than a week late before testing.
