Hello!
im coming up to 22 weeks with twins
few weeks now i have had short moments where I have back floatys in my vision.
of course I know this could be a sign of pre eclampsia
but my blood pressure has always been fine
I messaged my midwife now and she said my appointment last week - blood pressure was fine, small trace of protein in urine & ++Leukocytes
she told me to visit day assessment unit to be on safe side

anyone else had black floatys but everything else been fine ?

Hi, black floaters can be the side effect of pregnancy, but it is a good idea to get it tested. I got the floaters at the very beginning of pregnancy ( 6 week, probably fron the ivf hormones) and went to specsavers for a test. The test turned out to be free, but besst to check.

@BeLemonQuoter thanks. Got a growth scan tomorrow so I’ll pop into the day assessment after. And book an eye test!
