Worried about NT- 11week scan

I'm stressed with my scans from the 11 weeks. In my country they don't measure the NT with this scan,.only 13 weeks
Do you see anything strange?

My scan was similar at 12+6. Measured 2.3mm but everything has came back low. With my DS I didn't get testing done but his NT looked similar too and he's fine.
