Wow I’m just burning. Why whole body is in ribbons with how itchy I am. My skins fry and itchy and all the doctors gave me was double base gel and that’s not even soothing it the slightest. I’m 16 weeks 4 days pregnant and had this rash for nearly a month now, does anyone have any idea on what this is and how I can help it?

I don’t know, I just got a rash on Friday at 12.5 weeks. The doctor said it could be psoriasis that can happen in pregnancy, or something, but also said it doesn’t usually happen until late 2nd/3rd trimester. She prescribed me steroid cream and said to buy aveeno cream. She said it can happen if prone to eczema or asthma but I have neither. I do have hayfever though.

Mine suddenly happened after taking my toddler swimming. I was slightly itchy before but nothing obvious. This fully appeared after swimming though. Mine is on my arms, elbows, legs and knees. It was all over but now just those areas and still itchy.

Are the MWs aware, have they done bloods to check your liver?

If you had your blood tested for liver issues and it's all ok, try sudocrem or zinc paste. It helped me with (a much milder!) rash I had in early pregnancy. But checking the bloods is a must though.
