Have my 12 week scan on Friday and anxiety is kicking in. I’ve had an early scan on 6 and 9 weeks and everything was fine. I can’t seem to settle until I’ve had the scan.

I have my scan on Friday too! It’s on my brain constantly. I feel like I can’t move forward with anything until I’ve had my scan. I haven’t had any early scans or anything so I feel like I’ve been waiting so long. We don’t have long to wait now! 💕

If it helps at all I had massive anxiety in early pregnancy. I kept thinking of the 1 in 5 statistic. I held out as long as I could and booked in a scan at 8 weeks. I had read that if a heartbeat is seen after 8 weeks then there is less than 1% chance of miscarriage. So that scan really calmed me down. You’ve already had the 9 week so the odds of anything being wrong are low.

Thanks I’ve had bad anxiety as well. My friend had a miscarriage and she was around same time as me so it made me really anxious. Congrats to you!

I had my 12 week scan yesterday. Everything seemed fine in the scan and they usually tell you on the day if everything looks normal. But it takes a while for the blood tests to come back and that's what's making me anxious right now. Like you never know with these things but you have to stay positive x
