Hi I had a missed miscarriage in July :( I had my first menstrual cycle in September after that. Did the deed when I was ovulating and been feeling really sick sore nipples and bloated. I have tested and it’s came back negative! My questions are, How long after a missed period did everyone get a positive test? And also is lower back pain and period cramping a symptom as I don’t remember having that before? I’ve also had jelly like discharge which I’ve only ever had whilst pregnant. But tests say negative. Any advice on how long after a missed period did you get a positive would be appreciated 😊 thank you.
