Confused about pregnancy results

Hi I’ve never posted on here before but I’m having a strange thing happen not sure it’s happened to anyone else before or anyone can tell me what it could be!
I had a period 2 weeks ago came on 4 days earlier than expected lasted 5 days like my normal periods but I’ve just done a test and it’s positive along with a clear blue one which says 3+ weeks! I have 2 children already but this never happened with them! Could this be a miscarriage? Or something else I’m not sure

That period was likely implantation bleeding..when was your period before that?

It was 28th august to the 1st sept before that. Can implantation bleeding be like a normal period?

Was your last period like your usual periods? Same heaviness etc? I've heard of women having "periods" and it turns out it was implantation! You could have ovulated at a different time than you maybe thought

@Shahhhh yes it was just like my normal period that’s why it’s confused me a bit with the dates

I bled like a full (heavy) period with my 2nd born. I assumed I'd miscarried her so imagine my surprise when I saw her happy little wiggle bean at the epu scan!

I had what I thought was a normal period but then got positive tests. It was an ectopic pregnancy. I'd recommend seeing your GP for blood tests.
