Why is my clear blue digital showing 3+ when I’m only 4+2 weeks ?

I’m a bit confused by my results , I am exactly 4+2 as I had ivf so I know the dates but clear blue confused me this morning by showing 3+ , could this be molar pregnancy ? Higher hcg ? Or is it just inaccurate ? 4 days ago it was 1-2 weeks only ! Any advice , much appreaciated thank you ! Xx

I wouldn't worry about this honestly
I think I heard some countries don't even sell these cos they cause so much stress like this.
It's a positive thing, all it shows is that your HCG is rising. It indicates you're approx 5 weeks pregnant, which is literally exactly what you are (give or take a few days!) it's not an exact science and everyone will have different levels of HCG (normal) that will rise at slightly different rates also

If you are really concerned you may be able to ask for bloods from your ivf clinic? But honestly I think this is a great signs and you will be fine

You're 4+2 so you are 3+ weeks?

Also the normal levels of HCG in relation to your gestation varies massively.

Never take these digitals as gospel, some women never get over 2-3 weeks and others get 3+ weeks before they've even missed a period. It has no bearing on the viability of the pregnancy.

A friend of mine had an ivf pregnancy and was 3+ on clear blue when she first tested... she now has twin boys!
