Understanding AMH (recent fertility test)

Hi all,

I wondered if someone could help me understand my recent fertility results. I understand AMH can’t predict fertility but is good to know.

My AMH came back at 30.1 PMOL, im
age 35. The result showed I was in a good bracket so at first I was happy. Then I spoke to my friend who’s struggling with fertility who said that’s far too high for my age range and I’ve likely got PCOS. Now I’m worried but wondered if anyone could guide me on this before I speak to doctor?

Mine was around 29 when I last tested at 38 yo, higher at 35. No PCOS at all.

Speak to a doctor but I wouldn't worry based on this. It's within a normal range, just higher end. And yes, it indicates good ovarian reserve.
