Gender Genies on Tik Tok

Hey,

Just wondering if anyone has seen or used gender genies on TikTok? I paid to get a reading done and I’m just trying to see how accurate it is and has anyone else used them? They seem to have really good reviews

Total scam. And it's sex, not gender.

Please don't waste your money on this - no scan is ever 100%.

@TallulahBetty thank you for the feedback, I was wondering is it a scam but there are so many comments saying they correctly guessed the sex of baby, they are midwives. Was just wondering had anyone else used them and had accurate results, unsure whether to rely on mine or not.

And yes sorry I know it’s “sex” but they refer to themselves as “gender genies” which is why I’ve referred to it as such 😂

I would say it's a scam but I guess it's one of those things, you believe what you believe! I mean they have a 50/50 chance of being right each time 😂

Well they have 50% chance of getting it right which are good odds id say. But no - they can’t be as accurate as going to professional Sonographers or getting a blood test. Each to their own but I certainly wouldn’t be paying some randoms on tik-tok. How come you didn’t want to pay for a sneak peek blood test or something backed by science?

Sounds like a good money maker for them tbh lol 50/50 chance of getting it right and I doubt people are gonna be requesting refunds if it turns out wrong. I don't know you and I don't know what you think you are having and I don't know what they told you your baby is but I reckon it's a boy lol based on absolutely nothing btw but I like my chances of getting it right lol

@HopefulllHolly I’m based in Ireland so we don’t have that sneak peak test here. You can get the NIPT blood test but it’s nearly €500, so I’m not doing that 😂 Just did this for fun really and out of curiosity, it was only €25 but was wondering how accurate it would be or if people had experiences with them. This is my third baby, I’ve found out on my other two at my 20 week anatomy scan so I’ll wait until then to confirm either way.

@Ihopeithinkiknow True it’s 50/50 😂 that’s funny, they told me I’m having another boy. I already have one girl and one boy 😃 I thought boy myself all along, just based on that nub theory and looking at my scans. So when they said the same I was like hmmm, I wonder is this accurate so!

O well ive done the sneekpeek blod test at home it came back as a baby boy and ive payd thos gendre genis and they sed 99% a girl i dont know wat to belive ? Please help me understand is a boy or girl 😢🙏
