Anyone else achey from working at 11 weeks?

I am just over 11 weeks pregnant. I work in a shop so my job is being on my feet for hours and doing lots of bending down etc. I’ve noticed my past couple of shifts that I am aching a little bit in my lower belly and pubic sort of area. I do have a little bump now so wondering if this has something to do with it too?
it’s not something that I am concerned about but I’m wondering if anyone else had experienced this at around this stage of pregnancy?

Congratulations 😊 Yes definitely! Long time ago now but there is a lot going on down there, things moving about, growing and ligaments stretching. Felt it much more first time around. I got a belly band quite early on to give some extra support.

Yea quite normal. I’d recommend pregnancy yoga class if you have one locally, or videos on YouTube. Swimming has helped me as well. Have your workplace done a pregnancy risk assessment?
