What’s this mean?im like 8 weeks ,have no pain whatsoever

Implantation bleeding, start of a miscarriage or just simply hormones. I'd try not to worry, brown, red and/or pink spotting can be normal for many women in early pregnancy. I'd mention it to your midwife however I wouldn't worry

Rather than listen to people speculate and have people tell you it's the beginning of a miscarriage and end up worrying yourself.
Contact your midwife during their working hours or if you're really concerned contact the out of hours midwife for some reassurance.

I had similar in my first pregnancy and was told by a midwife it was 'old blood' that my body was getting rid of.
