Not actively trying but oh and I had unprotected sex used withdrawal method on what I later found out was my predicted ovulation day. Now I’m roughly 11dpo. Yesterday I was driving and had a wave of nausea come over me, for about 30 seconds. I woke up during the night with heartburn which rarely happens. Today I’ve had mild cramping really low down on left side with a little lower backache. I’m going to wait to see if AF arrives but has anyone had this before bpf?
