I have been suffering severe abdominal pain over the past few weeks which the hospital suspect is due to adhesions. However last night the pain worsened and I have been vomiting since yesterday morning so I did two pregnancy tests one yesterday and one this morning. I have the mirena coil so expected (and hoped for) a negative result. I am sure I see a line.

They look like evap lines rather than actual positives x

LBL · 10/10/2024 16:04

🤞I only wondered as the line came up straight away and has colour.

I would be phoning the doctor and getting an ectopic pregnancy ruled out with those symptoms. Good luck

teatoast8 · 10/10/2024 16:09

Yeah i would definitely be getting checked out

readyforroundthree · 10/10/2024 16:17

Hmm usually I'm good at spotting either evaps or positives on these ones, but I'm unsure this time. I agree with pp, seek further advice from doctor.

brambles89 · 10/10/2024 17:28

From personal experience. My positives using these tests looked like that to begin with. 17 weeks now.

Hope you get to the bottom of it / feel better soon

BabyBorn · 11/10/2024 00:28

They look like faint positives to me. Seek medical advice ASAP. Good luck and I hope everything turns out ok for you! ☘️

Grumpycashier · 11/10/2024 00:37

Definitely look positive to me

Needcoffee24 · 12/10/2024 16:15

@LBL if it was in the time zone, then definitely positive tests.100% get to a doctors maybe try and get a pink dye pregnant test over the weekend.
I, too, have the same iud. (And went for a check as my strings were getting shorter/ i couldn't reach my cervix) found out I'm pregnant going off my cycle im 5+1. I've got an emergency ultrasound tomorrow. I'm so scared.
