I know I don't HAVE to have one, but should I?

41 wks today. Going to see MW later. She already said she'd offer a sweep if I was still pg at this point.

Last time I had 2 and they HURRRRRT and didn't work.

Rahhhhhhhhhhh. Just GET OUT baby.

Please say nice or helpful things because I feel crappy and fed up.

There was no way on earth I was letting anyone give me a sweep, and I went a week overdue. Whether it was coincidence or not, I had sex about 4 hours before things started happening so I can vouch for that!

Thing is though, when the bloody midwife came to check me out she gave me a sweep at the time as a matter of course without asking, which I was pretty pissed off about but I didn't know until she told me she'd done it! Cue very fast and intense labour. Dig your heels in, if you don't want it, don't have it!
