Positive test then negative

Hi all, I got a faint positive on a cheap test then negative result on a clear blue digital. Has anybody had the same?

Possible that the hormones aren’t high enough for a positive on the digital ( although I always found them v sensitive). Red dye tests tend to show earlier.

When was your period due? It may have been a chemical, esp as the first test was faint. But will depend on when your period was due.

I got my positive on a clear blue a few days after I did the normal test so try again in a few days. Fingers crossed for you xx

Some of those tests still look wet ... do you have another picture?
I'm unsure whether they're evaps/indents - but they do seem to have color to them; or at least one of them does from my eye sight.

That line looks strong! How many DPO are you?

the first test looks like it’s run, I don’t think I would trust it as a positive. I think all you can do is try another digital in a week. Good luck!!

I don't know as I have started having irratic periods I'm 48 soon x thank-you so much I just though it was my eyes x il test again in a few days plus with a different tests like clear blue X but last sex was almost 5 weeks ago x

Yes as the ones I posted are from sat after I held my pee in from travelling... then yesterday afternoon 2 negtives .... x il test in a few more days X thankyouball for ur replys
