Hi,
I don’t know if I’m being paranoid so just after advice really! I’m 32+3 and last few days just feel odd.. get some pains in side of belly, pelvis and lower back. Baby is moving a fair bit. Heartburn is awful. I just don’t feel “ right” in myself either, can’t explain how, in addition I’m so flipping tired I can barely function and napped for 3 hours yesterday morning, didn’t hear postman and when my partner rang me I knew my phone was ringing but couldn’t rouse enough to answer it. Is all this normal? Who would I contact also? Midwife or maternity unit? TIA xx

How good is your midwife at responding? I’d call maternity triage on the basis that I’d be waiting several days for my midwife to come back to me. They may say go to the GP

Materbity triage. Just give them a ring.

It sounds you might be brewing a UTI alongside Covid. I suggest you give maternity triage a ring and go for an assessment.

You should get checked out by someone medical, and in person - not a phone call. Make sure they check your blood pressure and ask them to test your thyroid and iron levels

Thank you for replies! I rang maternity triage and they advised drs and urine test, was seen straight away and it’s just a urine infection, glad I rang though as have anti bios and can stop some worrying! X

I am glad you had it checked over. UTI don't usually give tiredness. You might be under the weather with a virus. Take it easy for a few days
