Baby prefers right side, normal?

I am 14 weeks, and my baby prefers to lie on the right side.
My bump is physically more visable on the right but not the left, and when i feel baby is always on the right.
Is this normal?
Thanks

I’m surprised you can even tell! I’m 41 weeks and can only sometimes tell the baby’s position

I'm 36 weeks and my baby has preferred my right side throughout! I'm not sure if it's the positioning of the placenta but they will lie however they feel comfiest.

Sorry your baby is 8cm long at 14 weeks. How can you even tell?

Mine prefers my left side!

I'm impressed you can tell. My second I could feel very sporadically on my left at around 14 weeks, but never assumed he was always there. At 20 weeks though the scan showed he was still there, as oblique breech. He then was frank breech with his back along my left side up until nearly 37 weeks, when he finally manoeuvred himself to cephalic, but back to back.

I blame the placenta. I could tell it was anterior before the 20 week scan.

How can you tell which it prefers?

I can feel baby when touching my stomach when lying down and physically see my tummy humped to one side when baby is lying there 😊
