Hey all, feeling a bit deflated so wondering if anyone has been in the same boat.

Mirena removed 8th August
period 4th September - 9th september
DTD 14th & 22nd September (partner works away so only two times we have!)
BFP test clear blue 1-2 weeks on 3rd October
have had right sided pain and pink bleeding yesterday/today
went to early pregnancy unit for internal scan who confirmed egg was released however no evidence of anything inside uterus
they have taken bloods and I need to wait on them calling me with an update

any positive stories or does this seem like an early m/c? :(

Was there a reason you had such an early scan? From following posts on here people don’t tend to see things with super early scans as there’s nothing to see so I wouldn’t rule anything out as it’s incredibly early

I’ve had a previous miscarriage along with having a bleeding disorder, so they did want to check just for precaution! X

Good in that respect I understand but these super early scans do seem to cause worry for people. Hope it all works out for you 🤞🏻

I agree with PP, your dates would make you around 4 weeks. I had a scan at 5+3 and could only see the sac and yolk, re-scan at 6+3 and saw lots more and even saw the heartbeat.

Maybe it’s just a little early. Hope the bleeding and pain settled, when I went in with the same they did say it can be entirely normal, as long as the pain isn’t severe and the bleeding isn’t red/clotty.
