Help hemotoma

I'm nearly 12 weeks with twins I had an subchorionic hematoma at 4.5 weeks which got smaller to 1cm now it's back up to 5 cm , I'm so worried it's going to bring the babies down , has anyone has there's got bigger and what was the outcome just need some reassurance 😢

I'm in the same situation and worrying

I had a bleed at 9 weeks due to a hematoma. It was resolving by the 20 week scan and totally gone a few weeks later. Hopefully the same for you too.

Also lots of threads on this too, seems like they tend to resolve themselves.

Mine is close to my second twin, which is developing slower
