pubic pain and pelvic pain gotten so much worse overnight and wondered if I could use a hot water bottle between my legs?!

I’ve been using a hot water bottle on my lower back throughout pregnancy, can’t see any reason not to

God yes - I mean check with your midwife if you're worried but my SPD was so bad last time I basically spent the last 6 weeks sitting on an electric blanket.

It's fine so long as your core body temp doesn't rise (don't overheat yourself) and there is no direct hot heat placed on bump... Is what I have been told and gone by in previous pregnancies.

In fact I've been told cool compress on top of bump and warm compress on bottom of bump to help encourage breech baby to turn.
