Help I’m I pregnant or something else

Can anyone help or advice .. I am trying to convince my second child so have been tracking . I got my period the 25th of September lasted about 4 days so I assumed no pregnancy this month .. then this week Iv had some strange period like pains .. last night I noticed I was spotting slightly and the same today . For some reason I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive.. then a second one positive.. I’m still bleeding know, not heavy but enough .. I’m so confused . I’m I pregnant? How is that possible if I finished my period nearly a week ago . Or I’m I having some type of early miscarriage ? Any give welcome

It is actually possible and recorded to have 'periods' throughout a pregnancy OP.
Looks like you're pregnant. If you're concerned about the bleeding ring 111 (I'm sure you are concerned).

I bled and passed clots for a week straight with both my children for unknown reasons, best way to know for sure is go to the docs and get an early scan to date and check things x

The bleeding which started on 25th September may well have been implantation.

You might be about five to six weeks pregnant.

When was your previous bleeding? Round about the end of August?

Yes so the end of August was my previous period ., so when I came on the 25th seemed right time wise .. I know people say you can have implantation bleeding but it really did feel like a proper period 🤷🏻‍♀️ the bleeding now is very light .. but I have period like pains ( quiet subtle ) .. I want to be excited but confused and worried

You might be 10dpo and in very early pregnancy.

The spotting you're having now could be implantation.
