Skin tag TMI

So I have a skin tag on my groin, right next to my vagina. It's been there for a while but the last couple of days it really hurts. It's hanging on by a thread tbh. I've also been getting brown discharge the last couple of days which I know can be normal but I'm still panicking. Do you think I should my midwife or GP?

Oh and I'm 23 weeks.

I would ring the doctors. I think skin tags can be taken off.

But the midwives about the brown discharge, it might be okay but it's best to get it checked.

I have a skin tag which I thought was a wart when I got pregnant as it started getting sore and felt like it was getting bigger! Got it checked out and they confirmed it wasn't a wart. I think there's just generally more pressure and blood circulating about down there which can irritate things.
