Got to my test date - positive

I finally got to my test date 12 days 5 day embryo transfer and so happy the tests have got dark since I tested positive at 5 days - just got to pass the bloods tomorrow xx

I think I need to step away from the tests - my digital was showing 2-3 this afternoon so now my kind is doing over time - shouldn’t have tested with diluted urine - do I still have hope?
