Clear blue test reading - HELP

Hi,
so from what I read, if your clear blue test says 2-3 weeks then you’re actually 4-5weeks but the first day of my last period was 11th September so how is 4-5 weeks possible?
when I enter the date in apps, it also says 3 weeks pregnant similar to clear blue. Confused! How many weeks should I actually be?!

I'm not sure I know 2-3 weeks means 4/5 weeks. Could the bleeding on 11th have been implantation bleeding? Xxxx

You may have better luck on the conception boards but these are notoriously bad for not giving you an accurate reading / dating.

Was your last period light enough to be implantation bleeding? Guessing the dates wouldn't make sense either then though as that would mean you'd be a lot further along?
