Looking for either reassurance or a better understanding of pregnancy-

I started having my lunch (beef chilli with pasta) but stopped when I started to feel queasy. I forced myself to throw up (a bit).
Now, I didn’t heat up the food. So it had been in my lunch box 4-5 hrs.

Could this be why I felt queasy?
has anyone else had similar but then baby was ok?

Sickness comes and goes throughout pregnancy, I've struggled with nausea and vomiting since 6 weeks regardless of what I eat! Feeling sick is super normal. Is there anything else you fancy? Can you snack on something else? Having an empty stomach all day probably won't be the best!

If it was food poisoning, it wouldn't have happened within minutes of you eating.
My guess is that it's normal pregnancy sickness that ebbs and flows throughout pregnancy. Poor old you, though...

It wouldn’t be the food, as food poisoning usually takes a few / several hours to show. My nausea has come and gone throughout pregnancy!
