Perioral dermatitis in pregnancy

Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone experienced a random flare up of perioral dermatitis around the nose/mouth during pregnancy? I have had it for over a month and need advise for anything that will help clear it up. Don't want to take more antibiotics because I just had some for an infected tooth. Thanks in advance

I have tried loads of different topical things, and gentle cleansers etc.

It hasn't fully gone away 🙄😂, BUT, the original patches at the time I posted this, have cleared up.
Annoyingly, new patches have emerged in new places ..
My conclusion is that it's hormonal and I'm hoping it goes away after birth (4ish weeks from now in theory.)

The only thing that has actually relieved the symptoms and itching is taking a pregnancy safe probiotic I got from my local natural health store. It has definitely reduced a lot of the irritation but it hasn't totally gone away.
