Help, thyroid worries and pregnant

Hi
wondering if someone can shed some light?

I was put on thyroxine by my fertility clinic, as my TSH was above the recommended 2 for ttc.

am now pregnant 11 1/2 weeks after ivf treatment. Have a consultant appointment on Monday where they will reassess my thyroid levels. I had my bloods done on Sunday. The blood test results have come through as 0.83 TSH which I understand is fine for 1st trimester, but my T4 (never had this tested before) was 20.2 pmol/L . On googling, it looks like this is over the recommended First trimester levels of 12.1 to 18.7 pmol/L

I had a scan at 11 weeks and baby was doing great. I'm now really worried my thyroid levels are out of whack and my appointment isn't until Monday to discuss/adjust doses.

is my baby at risk? :(
