Are twinges normal in early pregnancy?

I’m 5 weeks 1 day and I’ve had a few noticeable twinges today quite low down slightly to the left, not painful but just noticeable, it’s made me a bit nervous, is this normal?

Yep, totally normal, all sorts of odd twinges, aches and pains as you go along!
