Ectopic & miscarriage

I have an appointment booked tomorrow because I'm pregnant and have an implant in my arm which means Its most likely ectopic or going to be a miscarry and I'm really disheartened about this... I was just wondering if anyone has a similar experience to me and also how others have coped with losing a baby

You have a higher chance of ectopic than non implant pregnancy, but it is still very low
Pregnancy with the etonogestrel implant is rare and EP is even more so. The absolute incidence of EP with the etonogestrel implant is very low, amounting to 0.002 per 100 implants sold.3

The etonogestrel implant is the most effective contraceptive available. We report a case of ectopic pregnancy in a woman who had an etonogestrel implant inserted 15 months ago and the effective concentration of the implant was within normal limits.

I'm honestly just thinking 101 questions I'm so confused by this and still can't believe I'm pregnant but I'm more worried about the pregnancy being ectopic because the doctor kept saying it's probably ectopic if not it will be a miscarriage he said nothing positive at all which is a bit disheartening I didn't plan on this baby but knowing I am pregnant I'm sort of happy about it
