Faint positive yesterday & negative today

I did a stick test yesterday afternoon that came up a FP (a definite FP not a squinter) so I decided to do another this morning with them cheap small strip tests and couldn’t see a thing. Waited within the 10 minute window and just chucked away but it didn’t seem like there was a line on the little strip I did.

any ideas?? Or will that just indicate I’m not pregnant ?

Could be that the 2 tests were different sensitivities and you may need more hcg for the cheap strip test
which was the first test you used?
i’d wait a day or 2 and try again

I'd wait until you miss a period then test with FMU

I did at first think it could be an evap line however the line was pink and appeared immediately. But now I just think it could have been a faulty test since I’m 6 days late for a period now and day 40 on my cycle (unusual for me as I normally have 29-32 day cycle)

I see! I’ll wait and try again. I’m already 6 days late and on day 40 of my cycle & the line yesterday was an immediate pink line on the test line but I may just be wishful thinking. Will try again with sticks rather than strips. Thankyou xx

Hmm, I see why you're so confused by it. Was yesterday the first time you tested? You're right that normally evap lines have no colour

I tested the day before on a stick and completely visibly negative, Then I tested yesterday afternoon and got the result above ^ but today 3 tests (2 strips with my FMU) and one boots stick just now) and unfortunately all negative. I’m going to take it as this month wasn’t my month xxx
