7 weeks 6 days ultrasound

I went for my first early ultrasound yesterday I was showing 7 weeks 6 days and could see the heartbeat🥺 I can't work out what I can see in the ultrasound as I didn't get an internal scan so the image is very blurry. Does anyone know which bit it what and how the baby is lay down?

Congratulations OP, that looks normal for a 7-8 week abdominal scan....it's still just a blob really.
I only know what's what on my 8+2 scan as the doctor literally talked me through 'that's the top of the head, that's how they're lying' etc. Otherwise I wouldn't be able to make out anything.

She did say that at this point, the head is half the embryo so I'd guess on yours that's the head on the left?
