Can I eat Chinese during pregnancy

Hi everyone I’m really craving some Chinese salt and chilli chips but not sure if I can have them..

I think you're all being a bit harsh. Maybe the OP is worried about the potential effects of MSG or general food safety (hygiene) if planning to have a Chinese takeaway, not Chinese food in the wider sense...

Neither of which are advised against so it's still a bizarre thing to ask about.

Apparently that’s what Gwynneth Paltrow ate when she was preggers. I read it somewhere and remember it because she was skinny-girl terrified it would make her fat. 🙄
