What should I pack for my hospital bag being in the UK?
I don't want to over pack but of course want to have the right things

Milk (if formula feeding)

Comfortable clothes (joggers, leggings, t shirts)

Your own pillow if you want too

Oh and deodorant, maybe flip flops too and slippers

make sure you get a long lead for your phone charger in case the plug is in the funny place!
id add face wipes to that list, I found they made my face feel fresher.

Oh and a big towel for you - the NHS ones are like a loincloth and don’t cover much! 🙈
