Implantation pain

Has anyone had very painful implantation pains?
I'm 7dpo and have just had a very sharp pain in my left ovary, it stopped me in my tacks and I doubled over because of the pain! When it happened I'd say it was like a very sharp stabbing pain that now feels like a deep pulling sensation. Fingers crossed its implantation!!

I don’t know for sure if it’s implantation pain but when I fell pregnant with my daughter I also had a really intense pain like this about 7dpo! I had kidney stones a few years ago and the pain was so bad I actually thought I must have another kidney stone, it never occurred to me it might be implantation! Fingers crossed for you x

Wow that's crazy! I actually said to my partner I think I've just had implantation pain but it felt like a kidney stone coming down because it was that bad!
The pain went after a minute or 2 and now just feels a bit tender/achy. Do you remember what dpo you got your bfp?xx

I had this and then pain throughout the first trimester on the side I ovulated. Convinced myself the pregnancy was eptopic and went for an early scan and all was well. Now 39 weeks.

I've had this on and off up until now and I'm 15 weeks tomorrow! I think it's just stretching and ligament pain!

I had it with child no. 4. We were on holiday and had taken the children to an adventure park. I suddenly had this intense stabbing pain in my ovary and I said to dH, I’m definitely going to test positive soon. He thought I was crazy but I was right.

Crazy isn't it! Did you have any spotting? Ice started spotting this evening and had an awful headache all day!

Yes I had spotting with all 4 of mine x
