So my periods returned last month despite EBF. This month I'm due on in a few days but I'm having bad cramps before any period has shown up?! This is abnormal for me, I had to take paracetamol last night and I've woken up with pain straight back again, could it be something else besides period? I really don't want to sit in A&E for hours but I'm worried it could be infection? The other day for a few hours I felt shakey and feverish, but it went away by next day.
