Hi There, I am hoping I am over analysing but this is my first viable pregnancy after 2 early miscarriages. I am now 14+5 and everything has gone well until this point. I have been having on and off pains and cramping up until this week and assuming it was round ligament pains, however this week they have pretty much disappeared. I am not complaining but just not sure if it is something I should worry about, I just assumed they would get worse the further on I got but its really eased up. All other symptoms are still apparent though.

Please help me put my mind at rest???

I had a lot of cramping in first trimester which eased once I got to second trimester. Currently 39 weeks! All my symptoms have changed almost daily throughout, it’s been very random.

@Peonies12 this is really what I was hoping to get as a reply! Thank you and congratulations!!

I agree with @Peonies12 first trimester I was really crampy and then it trailed off the start of the second trimester. I'm 27 weeks now and no cramps at all, only a bit of aching if I do a lot of walking. This is my third baby and they've pretty much all been the same in terms of what you are describing.

Similar here. I had quite a lot of cramping up to 12/13 weeks then nothing since. Once you're out of the first trimester the risk of miscarriage etc drops substantially, it is highly likely all will be okay from this point forwards. It's hard but try to relax into it. Not long until you start to feel them moving which helps too. Take care.

I had a lot of cramping in my first trimester. Now 21+1 and second trimester none at all. I did worry a lot about it as well.

If you are worried it's always best to speak to your midwife though.

I'm just over 14 weeks....... I've been looking forward to the symptoms easing up in the second trimester. Isn't this when we're supposed to glow? 😉

@sel2223 this is what I was told too! 15 weeks tomorrow and still feeling pretty rough to be honest! No ‘glowing’ in sight🤣
