34weeks breech , should I be worried?

Is it concerning at 34 weeks for baby to be in breech position? I was informed this by midwife while getting checked at hospital about iron levels, which are all fine. I have my scan next week at 35 weeks. Should I be worrying..... because I am 🙈

Mine was breach at a scan at that time too. She turned by 37 weeks and stayed there so there's still time. She was measuring big too, still time and space for them to move.

There is still time for them to move again and the MW/dr can try turning them if necessary. Mine was breach my whole pregnancy- you don’t need to worry that much if you need a ELCS they aren’t that bad 😊

DD2 was breech and turned at 39+2, born on 39+3!! I'm told that it's quite unusual for a baby to turn that late, but I've heard lots of stories of babies turning at 35-37weeks. Have a look at the website spinning babies and try some of their advice. If baby is still breech at 36w, you'll be able to talk to the obstetrician about your options - ECV, or vaginal breech birth (depending on baby's position) or scheduled c section.

34 weeks is still super early! Dd1 was breech the whole pregnancy and we ended up going for an ecv and then delivering naturally a month later at 39+5.
The worst part of an ecv is the unknown but really wasn't painful.
Dd2 turned on her own but I dont remember at what week 🤔

Too early to worry. Baby can turn up to 38 weeks.

My DS was turning cartwheels in there until very close to due date, he was practicing denying me sleep. 😀

There are some things that you can do:

Spinning babies
Moxibustion
Chiropracty
ECV if it still hasn't turned
