Hi all first time ever being pregnant and I know I’m over the top about everything but…..

I am having mild cramps, kind of a dull ache tender achy kind of cramps… They do not require pain relief and are not stopping me from doing anything just like I say a dull ache in the background which seem to come and go but pretty persistent….

Is this relatively normal? Might be a stupid question but I daren’t Google anymore because it’s just panicking me every little thing if you could see my search history you would probably be questioning if I was feeling ok 😂😭😬

I had cramps all through my first trimester with all my children. I could never enjoy the pregnancies that early on because I always felt I'd see blood while on the loo.

It was all completely normal in my case!

Sounds normal to me. I used to really feel them when WFH on laptop.

Yes I’m the same I get so worried that will happen! Thank you

Yeah that’s like me! Or when I’m lying in bed at night as silly as it sounds it tends to be when I’m not occupied I notice them ….

Yes, this is my third pregnancy and cramping is completely new to this pregnancy. It started at 3+6ish and has continued. I’m now 10+2 and had a scan earlier today showing it’s all fine so far.

So I guess it can be normal. As long as you don’t see blood, or if it becomes intense pain, then reach out to your local epu.

It was totally normal for me! Congratulations :)

I'm 17 weeks now and still having cramping and all looks fine so far!

I had the same issue, increase your water intake in the morning and you'll notice a difference in the cramps.
