Ive been suffering badly with the nausea which has meant ive not been taking any fluids. Went to gp today as just couldnt take anymore and he prescribed the above. On reading them just seem like travel sickness pills.

Has anyone else had these and did they work?

Phenergan is the other name. They do work for some, make you sleepy though! I still use mine for travel sickness as well

btw if you can drink ice cold drinks - milkshake is good - it helps a dehydration makes nausea much worse ime.

milkshake im finding good but milk is making me feel sick!! wierd as loving cheese. yeah the gp said may make you drowsy so not to drive, not to take them too often, to be careful looking after ds. so when am i ACTUALLY going to be able to take them then?? Before i go to bed?!! When im asleep is the only time i dont feel sick!

If cold drinks dont work, hot might- extremes seem to help definitely

I had phenergan with all 4 babies, and it made a huge difference. Was hospitalised with ds1 before being rpescribed, but managed to avoid with the others due to meds.

They are travel sickness pills, but thats OK. nausea is nausea!

They certainly make you sleepy- I was sleeping fro 18 hours a day at one point.

have a look at the blooming awful website (will oink in a mo), and remember that different meds suit different people- if phenergan doesn't work, go abck and keep trying until you find one that does.
