I’m completely new here so I apologise if this isn’t the right form to post to -

so basically I haven’t had a period for a month and just recently I’ve been having spotting when wiping. It’s been tiny amounts and very light in colour. I now feel nausea and have had very mild cramping. I’m scared to get a test incase it is negative and I’ve wasted my time getting my hopes up but could there be a chance? Is this normal what could it be? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated as I’m new to all this! Thank you in advance.

No one can really help or advice you any further than to say take a test. Unfortunately that's the only way you'll know for sure.

When you say you haven't had a period for a month do you mean you are due right about now or that you've already shipped a period and are a month late?

Spotting could be implantation bleeding or the start of your period. Only way to know is to test.

You need to test.
