Triage and feeling unwell

Hi has anyone had a similar experience?

I went into triage yesterday for some bleeding I was having (36+4). Baby monitoring was all over the place and the monitor kept going offf, they got me to lay on my side to which it seemed to calm her down. They did all the necessary tests on me and was going to keep me in for obs but asked if I would be comfier at home (whilst I wait for results), which I said yes as I have a two year old to look after. So they discharged me and said if your symptoms get worse or if you get any pain to call back. (I feel like she knew something she wasn’t telling me)

Come to this morning I’ve been having some lower cramping and on off stomach aches/pains in the middle to top of my tummy. I went back to bed had a sleep and was still there when I woke. I got dressed , did a bit of house work to see if it moving about would ease it up. I decided to ring triage again. She’s told me to get paracetamol with codine and thinks it’s just pelvic pain. And to call back if it doesn’t stop.

Has anyone had any similar symptoms and it turned out to be something like and infection etc? , I never had any pains with my first born untill I was in active labour , so this is new to me.

I’ll just add I woke up in the middle of the night and was nauseas and vomited.

some tmi images. Bleeding is Wednesday (25th sept) discharge is (26th) and the wee I have just passed ( I’ve been putting toilet roll in the toilet first so I can monitor blood loss.

Do you think you could be in early labour. I had a show that had blood in so wondering if the bleeding could be that ?

You're probably in early labour.
That looks like show.

Triage reckons not! 🤷🏼‍♀️ could they be wrong?

How long should I wait to call back for the test results?

Of course they could be wrong.
Are you having regular pains?

Not in the sense that I know from my first labour. They came on started at every half hour, the. Got closer and closer together.

i have period like cramps and then in my upper to middle stomach it’s pain that comes lasts for a while and gets stronger and weaker then will just go. Makes me feel really nauseas and sometimes will be sick.
