Nose bleeds during pregnancy

Anyone else get nose bleeds in pregnancy? I’m 11weeks and have had one every day past 3 days .
I got them in my last pregnancy but wasn’t as bad and I was a lot further on and on aspirin so thought it was that🤷‍♀️

Does it leak out your nose or just when you blow your nose or clean your nose?
My nose always is stuffy and has blood in my pregnancies! Third pregnancy and it's back again. It doesn't leak out but when I blow my nose or clean my nose there's always blood! Midwife said it's due to hormonal changes and blood vessels being delicate.

Yes me! Didn’t have them with my first, but this time every time I blow my nose blood comes out. lol was lying in bed a couple of weeks ago and had a full blown nosebleed for the first time in years! Been assured it’s fine, I’m also on bloody thinners so probably not helping

i wonder is it anything to do with gender my first was a girl 🙈

I’m 35 weeks now but it’s been like this since the beginning really!! lol feels like it’s totally at random when it decides to start as well, usually at an inconvenient time!
