Baby head vs legs measurements

Hey!
I am 33 weeks pregnant and had a growth scan recently which showed babies head circumference to be 97% and his legs (femur) to be 17% and just wanted some reassurance I guess!! Did anyone else have a similar scenario and did your baby look proportional? Were they okay? Any health issues?

I think overall his weight is on 54% percentile so doing average overall.

I had this! Had a number of growth scans and each time his head was big, stomach average, legs tiny. I worried for ages he may have dwarfism but I didn't voice these concerns and nobody said anything or seemed concerned. When he was born he did have quite a large head, none of the knitted newborn hats fitted well, but it didn't look weirdly big and now at 5 it looks in proportion.
