I am a mum of a sweet 2 year old born by crash c section, suffered one miscarriage since. Currently supposedly 5 weeks pregnant. Here is a quick rundown :
Last period 20 August. Positive test on 16th September. EPU requested me to visit for a scan on 18th September. Showed gestational sac and yolk sac, and what the sonograper described as maybe the beginning of fetal pole.
Friday 20th September HCG 170- (thought gestational sac / yolk sac would only show with a HCG in the thousands?)
Sunday 22nd - HCG 360
Wednesday- scan only showed gestational sac, no yolk sac anymore. However HCG has sky rocketed to 1630.
Talked about maybe pregnancy of unknown location. Please tell me if you have had any experience of this, currently at home with my 2 year old and terrified something will rupture inside of me.
