the midwife to double check my dates etc?

According to all the internet due date calculator thingys, baby is duee around 25 July 08. BUt the first scan from the hospital put us back to 15 August 08. Baby is now on the top line of all the graphs at the second scan and is yawning, hiccuping etc. Asked hospital to look at dates and ultrasound lady said no, she wouldn't.
Just really confused as to have a due date of August 15 I'd have had to get pregnant in the middle of November, but we did the preggers test on Halloween and it came back positive, well actually all 3 did!

Any advice?

that's a fairly big discrepancy - certainly speak to your midwife about it.

They've clearly got it wrong! If they won't adjust it just work on the july due date and laugh in their faces when your baby is 'early' by 3 weeks!

I would raise it as you might run into trouble if you are earlier or later than 40 weeks?

For example if you gave birth at your dates of 38 weeks - which would be considered full term - they may panic and think you are giving birth at 35 weeks? Might end up with interventions you dont need?

Alternatively if you went overdue by 2 weeks and wanted an induction they might refuse to do it because you are "only" 39 weeks according to them? Probably best they are at least aware of this - get her to write it on your notes if nothing else?

Saying that the earlier scans are usually more accurate. DS was measuring 3 weeks ahead at 20 weeks but wasnt 3 weeks earlier in gestation. He was only 7.5 pounds at birth though - they have growth spurts. Do you happen to have a good idea of when you ovulated/got bfp?
