Conceiving can take a long time OP. All you can really do is make sure you're having lots of sex when you're ovulating and keep trying. You can look into going to the GP if you think there's an issue, I'm sure if you've been TTC for longer than a year they will look into it further for you

Have you been tracking your ovulation? I know a lot of people go with what the apps predict and they are off and you then miss your fertile window x

I do think the UTI needs addressing. Conception is a complex thing and many factors can impact it.
I had recurrant miscarriages and it ended up being a multi factor issue, some of which seemed unrelated to conception on the surface.
Hidden infections can cause fertility issues for example, that was part of it in my case
You are well within a normal time frame for conceiving but I think it pays off to be in the best health you can be

I am sorry to hear what you are experiencing and hope you soon have good news.

I am booked for a surgical abortion. I have been asked to take a Mifepristone tablet 24 hours before the procedure to soften my cervix. Did you have to do this? If so, what was your experience? X

It can take 6 months to get back to normal after hormonal contraception and a year to get pregnant (not including the 6 months).
