Spotting

I’m 9 weeks pregnant. Had some spotting weeks 3-5 which then stopped. I now have spotting again very light and only when I wipe. I’m not feeling nauseous but have lower back pain and still tender boobs. Have an appointment again at early pregnancy unit. My anxiety levels are through the roof. I had a healthy pregnancy at week 6 at my first scan. Has anyone experienced or this any advice?

With my first I had spotting from 5-6 weeks, a bit of spotting between then and the scan and quite heavy spotting after the scan (internal scan, technician said it was not possible the wand caused the bleeding but it clearly did). Also any time I had sex. I think I just had a very sensitive cervix that got easily irritated and bled. Same pregnancy is not a very bouncy nearly 3 year old :) it doesn't always mean something bad, it's a very common symptom but I agree, can be very anxiety inducing.

Keep well and I hope everything goes okay.

I had heavy spotting after scan also but didn’t worry as I knew it was probably from the wand. I’m just telling myself it’s fine. It’s not bright red and it’s very little amounts and I have very mild pelvic cramping but not severe and not even enough to take painkillers
